The production process begins with the purchase of eggs, which are then incubated until hatching.
Based on an agricultural procurement contract we sell hatched goslings in the free market, and we agree to collect adult, fattened geese after 16 weeks.
Live geese are purchased from a poultry farmer, and then they are slaughtered, and their meat is cut and packaged in a slaughterhouse facility licensed to export the products.
We produce about 240,000 geese a year.
The entire production process ends with export sales of meat and slaughter by-products, such as feathers and paws. Export sales constitute about 80% of total sales.
